Morbuild Inc. is the construction arm of the TAS Group. Over the past 20 years, Morbuild has been involved in the construction of various projects, all with an emphasis on design performance and budget management. The majority of the companies work has been within the private sector, with projects ranging between $2MIL and $70MIL, the firms commitment to its clients is reflected in the trust and commitment it has received from them.

The majority of the firm�s projects have been handled on a project management basis. This model has allowed clients to establish a working budget and guideline, while offering a flexibility to incorporate change. Morbuild�s commitment to ensuring timely completion of projects within budget has been realized through the systems and procedures that it has implemented. These systems hinge on two main aspects these are: project scheduling and project accounting. Morbuild�s scheduling and accounting systems are supported by a range of documents and systems that have been implemented to ensure the smooth communication between all parties involved on a project.

Communication within the process is critical and the strength of the Morbuild team is based on its ability to communicate with all project members in a coherent and timely manner. Through its affiliation with the TAS Group, Morbuild�s relationship with its sister companies is reciprocal, especially with TAS Design. Solutions to the build process are based on a coherent decision making process ensuring that the design integrity of a project are not compromised.
