Mavi Developments Inc. is the development arm of the TAS Group. Through Mavi Developments, the Group engages in various projects ranging from single buildings through to larger scale land development. Mavi is retained as Project Manager and oversees the full scope of projects.
Mavi, through its internal team and assembly of qualified and experienced consultants oversees all aspects of a project. Its role as project managers entails its ability to guide and manage all stages of a project through a timely and cost effective manner ensuring that critical dates and project targets are met. Through its experience and management technique Mavi ensures that all parties involved, ranging from owners, to consultants and municipalities, as well as end users, are managed to ensure cohesion through the course of the project; ultimately leading to the success of a project that all participants may be proud of.
Mavi's role as Development Manager also assigns it the project's financial responsibility. Mavi prepares project proformas identifying project costs and returns on investment as well as arranging for project financing through private and institutional funding. As Managers, all costs are monitored through the course of the project to ensure that projected targets are met. Mavi's approach is one that falls under the TAS umbrella. Through its Group affiliation, its broad resource base in both the design and construction sectors, offers Mavi's clients a thorough and professional critique on these various aspects. In addition, its background in both design and construction allows it to steer project budgeting in a manner where budget parameters do not compromise design or construction quality. In resale projects, Mavi's understanding of construction costing and design integrity allows it to market projects in a manner that gives projects a unique identity with outstanding features at competitive market pricing.
