Urban Farming at TAS HQ

Welcome to summer at the TAS HQ rooftop garden. Last Friday, our whole team pitched in to get the seedlings planted and spend some quality time together in the sun.

The garden will be taken care of by the team throughout the season—we water, maintain and harvest all kinds all kinds of tomatoes, leafy greens, veggies, herbs and edible flowers. We’ve recently started a “salad club” where, on the last Friday of each month, staff can enjoy fresh food from the garden in their salads.

At the end of the season, we throw a Final Harvest event where the last of the garden’s bounty is made into something special for the team to enjoy. Last year’s menu included savory eggplant dip, caprese salad and rosemary gin fizz cocktails.
