TAS DesignBuild is Toronto's exclusive custom home builder. As of 2005 our company made a significant shift in the way we build, design, and engineer our buildings. Our design-sensibilities remained, but our mission changed, and a new focus formed.

We began to consider:

creating developments that lessen our impact on the world,
building low-emission homes,
creating a new vision of urban living where our guiding inspiration would be the health of the planet.

Using our new residential development, M5V Condominiums, as our "greenprint" we are evolving into a company dedicated to taking a leading role in sustainable development. Green isn't a shade when you receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) designation, it's a commitment. That is why we will register M5V Condominiums for LEED certification and why our M5V presentation centre is LEED Silver certified. The first LEED certified sales centre in North America!
