M5V Condominiums
M5V Condominiums will be located in the heart of Toronto's thriving King West Neighbourhood. Conceived as the first truly custom condominium, our commitment to creating homes for individuals will be the driving force behind the project.
M5V will be a 34 storey tower with an 8 storey podium. The building has been designed with a combination of curtain wall and window wall systems, offering a unique building type to the current availability.
The project has been designed to meet LEED accreditation and current design is target to achieve a Silver rating. The M5V Presentation Centre is certified LEED silver; the first LEED certified sales centre in North America!
The home buyer experience is central to this project; it is being developed to ensure that our home buyers will experience creating their homes. Our sales environment has been developed as a home buying resource center which will be supported by the project's web strategy program.
