ZED Condominiums


A multi-unit residential building with condominiums, lofts and live-work units. The success of Zed condominiums has hinged on its unified approach and consistency in all its components.

The project was named ZED with the vision that Toronto needed to establish buildings characteristic of the city and its unique neighbourhoods. Located in the King West neighbourhood, the building was proposed at a time when the area was not fully considered 'desirable.'

The project's commitment to innovation was not limited to branding alone; the architectural design has since been regarded as one of the most influential in the downtown core. The attention to detail continues from exterior to interior where offerings to new home buyers were expanded well beyond standard offerings available at the time.

ZED's unique marketing campaign accelerated sales and its influence in the industry is seen today with branding of current market products.
